Yes to the Basket....No to the Rooster


When I spotted these baskets I knew they had potential.... and although I once feverishly decorated with Roosters....they're no longer my "thing" so they had to go.

I was going to simply remove the front plate and use them as is but then some ideas struck me.


and from my stash of stuff I created


This one got a white-wash....it was quite a messy job so "just the one"

I'm soon going to list them in my Etsy shop.

Oh Diane, they are lovely! Great idea to just cover up the roosters. These baskets are so versatile, too.

Very beautiful crafty lady! Isn't it funny how we both spied those baskets and KNEW they could be re-designed? Your's had much more time put into them than mine and it shows! Great job Diane!
