I used Annie Sloan's Chalk Paint in Antoinette - it's a very soft shade of pink.
It only took two coats to cover the wisteria color and the dry time in between coats was less than an hour.

I love it--I want to do a pink color like that but can't afford the chalk paint. I wonder what color it would be similar too?? I am guessing that chalk paint looks outdoors? It looks fantrastic1

Your door is so pretty; love it!

That's beautiful! How's it holding up? And what kind of door is it: steel or wood? Did you seal the chalk paint?
Thank you,
Carrie
Hi Carrie, I live in Massachusetts and the front of my house is North facing so although it takes quite a hit during the winter months you'd never be able to tell. It's held up wonderfully. The door is made of steel and no, I did not seal the paint.
Hope this helps :)
