Made of wood...

shade and all...I bought this lamp for its "white" potential.

Four coats of Chantilly Lace

a little spot sanding here and there

a crystal finial....and she's a keeper!

What a unique lamp, Diane! I don't think I've ever seen a wood shade. It looks great in the white!

Love it. It's very unique. I look at everything from the point of view of it's "white potential". That was definitely a keeper. The base would look good a french grey too.

Gorgeous as usual Dianne! I wish I had your eye. To see something "ugly" and know that you can make it turn out lovely:o)

Hi Diane, Thank you for your visit and for following my blog. I just love the way your lamp turned out...the shade is so unique! I'm sure it casts some beautiful shadows when it's lit.
Wishing you a lovely weekend!
Sincerely,
Debbie
