Saturday was a very good day...

The Wrentham Country Store held an At Home With White Event (which was a smashing hit) and I came home with these goodies!!

Yes, this bag is sweet but what's even sweeter is that a woman I'd never met came up to me with it in her hand and said that I should buy it because it went with my outfit...how nice was that!?

I loved this chair from the moment I laid eyes on it...

And isn't this carved out rectangle just calling out for a little something?

I spied this on Sandi's blog when she gave us a sneak preview and was thrilled to scoop it up!

Who could resist this little cutie....obviously not me :)

Chenille and pom poms - a perfect combo

I have a penchant for tool totes...so many uses

Tough to see but it's aqua... AQUA I tell you! :)

Because she's white and the price was right

Isn't this a neat idea....the clock face was removed and replaced with a nest

Once I paint her white, the cherub detail will pop

And lastly, an iron floor lamp stand that I don't quite know what to do with but had to have!

You got some great things, Diane! I love the little bird with the crown and the tool totes are a really neat thing to decorate with. On a side note, I got one of the ruffled quilts from Home Goods on Friday! So excited, but I had to go to two stores to find the only one! Of course, my daughter came over Saturday and don't you know she was eyeing it!

Hello Diane! I was so sorry to hear that I had missed you when I arrived Saturday. Sandi was telling me how gorgeous you looked all in white! You scored some fabulous finds there. I kept 'recalling' things I had wished I got, but that will spur me to visit again.
I think it will be an annual white event - yay!

Love all your finds Diane!! Could you use the lamp stand to hang things on with hangers? Looks like it could be used that way, but not sure.

Oh how I wish I could have gone shopping with you. What beautiful items you purchased Diane!
I think my fav has to be the tool tote, it is so chippy and of course I have a weakness for anything aqua. My other fav is the clock with the nest, how absolutely fab-u-lous!

Thanks for sharing your finds,
xoxoIrma

Hi Diane!

Ok...I am kicking myself that I missed out on that sweet pillow and the lamp base! Glad to know it is all yours though!

The pocketbook story was great! One we'll be telling for a while around the shop!

Hope to see you soon!

Diane,
I'm so regretful that I didn't get a pic with you at our "At Home with White Event". I don't know what I was thinking. It was great to see you however and you were a vision in white. :) I see you snatched up that little chenille pillow from my space. So thrilled it's going to such a lovely home as yours. Guess what? I was sooo inspired by that ruffled quilt you put on your site. I was drooling until I found two of my very own (one queen and one twin) to use as covers for the seating of my sofa and loveseat. Thanks for the inspiration. My living room really needed a pick me up and with those beauties, I'm off to a decent start.
Blessings and Hugs,
Karen
