My Small Kitchen...

suddenly felt HUGE the moment I started painting!

I'm not complaining though because I love them already, even with just a coat of primer

I also plan to change the wall color and I'm leaning towards Natural Elements #1515 by Benjamin Moore (not sure if I should have done that prior to the cabinets but it's too late now!)

It's looking gorgeous! We painted our cabinets a few years ago, and have been so happy since, it brightened up our tiny kitchen, and freshened up the look.

I felt the same way with just the coat of primer. It's like a breath of fresh air to walk into the kitchen, now. Your kitchen is looking great. Good luck finishing and I hope you have a nice weekend!

Our kitchen had wood toned cabinets too. Several years ago I painted them white. A couple weeks ago we re-did the entire room to white. Love it!
Oak is a nice wood, but in my opinion looks better painted. :-)
