I was awake very early this morning - partly because I went to bed so early last night but mostly because the sun was shining brightly into our bedroom window. LOVE mornings like that...especially on the weekend!
Anyway.... before going to bed last night I read Jennifer's latest post at
The Old Painted Cottage and thought I, too, should get to know my camera better. So this morning I snapped a few pictures using a "new to me" feature on my camera. Out of Manual Mode I ventured to
Macro Mode (looks like a little tulip *). A subtle but improved difference that I'm thinking is going to be my new standard for close ups. Yeah...... BIG morning for me! :)
* The tulip icon on a camera represents macro or close-up mode which generally allows clear focusing of objects within 2" to 1.5' of the camera lense.
